Therapy Options & Fees

At Peak Recovery & Wellness, therapy is offered for individuals, couples, and families in formats that support the realities of everyday life. Sessions may take place in the office, through secure telehealth, or in the privacy of your home or another approved setting.

Peak Recovery & Wellness operates as a private-pay practice, with services designed to support personalized care.

In-Office & Virtual Therapy

Standard outpatient therapy sessions are available for individuals, couples, and families in a private office setting or through secure telehealth.

• Individual Therapy: $150 per session

• Couples or Family Therapy: $200 per session

In-Home & On-Site Therapy

For some clients, therapy is more effective in the environment where daily life is already unfolding. Peak Recovery & Wellness offers in-home therapy and on-site sessions for individuals, couples, and families who benefit from addressing challenges in the same setting where they occur, while still maintaining the structure and confidentiality of professional therapy.

Meeting in a familiar environment can sometimes bring greater clarity to relationship dynamics, daily stressors, and recovery challenges that are difficult to fully understand from outside the home.

Sessions may take place in a private residence, workplace office, or another approved setting and maintain the same professional structure and confidentiality as office-based therapy.

In-home therapy is available for clients located throughout Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, and the surrounding North Dallas communities.

• In-Home & On-Site Individual Therapy: $225 per session

• In-Home & On-Site Couples or Family Therapy: $275 per session

An initial consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions about therapy options, and determine the format that may best support the work ahead.
