Clients of Peak Recovery & Wellness have the right to request a copy of their mental health records. Requests may be submitted in writing directly to your treating clinician . Records are provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations.
Licensing & Consumer Resources
Licensed mental health professionals at Peak Recovery & Wellness are regulated by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
